EIA are developing a bespoke suite of assessment tools, including Emotional Intelligence, Communication Style, and Personality Type – to be released in late 2022. This cluster of THREE assessment tools generates individual profiles for your personal style, your communication style and your EI abilities. With this self-knowledge, you can identify why you might sometimes struggle to interact with some people but not others. It can help you to see yourself as others might see you, so you can flex and develop your approaches when necessary.
